Delivery, return and claim submitting
1.1 The order is accepted for processing only after payment.
1.2 The buyer is obliged to provide the delivery address as accurately as possible (incl. Information important for the courier (door code, office number, etc.)). Due to an incorrect address, the delivery time may be extended.
1.3 When entering the delivery address, be sure to indicate the telephone number through which the courier can contact the recipient of the parcel. Delivery times may be extended due to an incorrect phone number.
1.4 Orders received on business days from 11:00 to 15:00 will be processed on the same day and forwarded to the courier for delivery the next day.
1.5 Orders placed on business days after 15:00 will be processed on the next business day and forwarded to the courier for delivery the next business day.
1.6 At the time of delivery, the courier has the right to request the submission of an identity document in order to identify the recipient of the order.
1.7 Shipments within Estonia will reach the destination specified by the buyer usually within 2-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
1.8 In exceptional cases, the Online store has the right to deliver the Product within up to 45 calendar days.
1.9 The Products are delivered via DHL courier service.
1.10 If the product are delivered to the buyer in an unsuitable form (open packaging, defective condition of the product), the buyer is obligated to inform the seller immediately.
2.1. You have the right to exchange or return the ordered product within 14 calendar days. The term of 14 calendar days starts from the receipt of the product.
2.2. In order to withdraw, the Client must send a withdrawal application to the e-mail address email@example.com.
2.3. When returning the Products, the principle applies that the return takes place in the same way as the Products were delivered to the buyer.
2.4.The Seller is not obliged to reimburse the Client for the transport costs related to the return.
2.5. The Seller shall refund the costs for the returned Product to the Client’s current account within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal application. The Client is obliged to deliver the returned Products to the Seller within 14 calendar days as of the sending of the withdrawal application. If the Products have not reached the Seller within the specified term, the repayment term shall be extended until the day when the Products have reached the Seller. Returnable The product must not be used, damaged, dirty or otherwise traced. The product must be complete (include the product packaging and all items included in the product packaging – manual, certificate, etc.).
3. Procedure for submitting claims
3.1. Products sold from the Online store are subject to the 1-year term for submission of claims provided for in § 218 (2) of VÕS. Disputes between the Client and the Seller will be resolved through negotiations.
3.2. The Client has the right to contact the Online store within two months at the latest, by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling: +372 6209262
3.3. If the Products purchased from the Online store have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Seller will repair or replace the defective goods. If the Products cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller shall return to the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.
3.4. The seller shall respond to the Client’s complaints as soon as possible, but not later than within 15 days from the receipt of the complaint.
3.5. Pursuant to the provisions of § 222 (1) of the Law of Obligations Act, the Client has the right to demand repair or replacement of the Product in the event of non-compliance of the Product with the terms of the contract. In the event of non-compliance of the Product with the terms of the contract, the costs related to the repair or replacement of the Product, in particular transport and material costs.
3.6. The Seller shall not be liable for damages caused by improper use of the ordered products, as well as for delays in delivery, if this is due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control and / or due to force majeure beyond its control.
4.2. The Seller is responsible for the sales price of the Product.
4.3. The Client undertakes to use the Online store service only for purposes in accordance with law and good practice.
5.2. The sales contract between the Seller and the Client enters into force upon receipt of the purchase amount payable to the Seller’s current account.
5.4. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order if the price of the Product displayed in the Online store was incorrect due to a technical error.
6. Other conditions
6.1. Disputes between the Client and the Seller will be resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the Client can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of the procedure can be viewed and the application submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the Client and the Seller. The review of the Client’s complaint in the commission is free of charge.
