1. General Terms and Conditions
1.1. The BeauMonde e-shop sells products sold by BeauMonde in stores owned by NPM Grupp OÜ (hereinafter Products).
1.2. The Terms and Conditions apply to legal relationships that arise between the Customer (hereinafter the Customer) and NPM Grupp OÜ (hereinafter the Seller), the owner of the shopping environment (hereinafter the e-shop) located on the Internet address www.beaumonde.ee, in connection with purchasing the Products from the e-store. In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relations arising from the purchase of Products from the e-store are regulated by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

2.1. All prices displayed in the e-shop are presented in euros and include VAT valid in the Republic of Estonia.
3.1. The products displayed in the e-shop are usually in stock. The availability of these Products is not guaranteed, as it may be erroneous due to possible technical problems in the E-store programs.
3.2. If the Customer submits an order, but it turns out that the given Product is not in stock, it is not possible to fulfill the given order in the E-store. In this case, the employee of the E-store will contact the Customer and offer a replacement product, a possible new delivery time or return the purchase amount to the Customer within 10 days at the latest.
3.3. The photos of the Products displayed in the e-store are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly inadvertently differ from the actual appearance of the Product.
4.1 The order is accepted for processing only after payment.
4.2 The buyer is obliged to provide the delivery address as accurately as possible (incl. Information important for the courier (door code, office number, etc.)). Due to an incorrect address, the delivery time may be extended.
4.3 When entering the delivery address, be sure to indicate the telephone number through which the courier can contact the recipient of the parcel. Delivery times may be extended due to an incorrect phone number.
4.4 Orders received on business days from 11:00 to 15:00 will be processed on the same day and forwarded to the courier for delivery the next day.
4.5 Orders placed on business days after 15:00 will be processed on the next business day and forwarded to the courier for delivery the next business day.
4.6 At the time of delivery, the courier has the right to request the submission of an identity document in order to identify the recipient of the order.
4.7 Shipments within Estonia will reach the destination specified by the buyer usually within 2-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
4.8 In exceptional cases, the Online store has the right to deliver the Product within up to 45 calendar days.
4.9 The Products are delivered via UPS courier service.
4.10 Kui kaup toimetatakse ostjale sobimatus vormis (avatud pakend, kauba puudulik seisund), on ostja kohustatud müüjat kohe teavitama.
5.1. You have the right to exchange or return the ordered product within 14 calendar days. The term of 14 calendar days starts from the receipt of the product.
5.2. In order to withdraw, the Client must send a withdrawal application to the e-mail address email@example.com.
5.3. When returning the Products, the principle applies that the return takes place in the same way as the Products were delivered to the buyer.
5.4.The Seller is not obliged to reimburse the Client for the transport costs related to the return.
5.5. The Seller shall refund the costs for the returned Product to the Client’s current account within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal application. The Client is obliged to deliver the returned Products to the Seller within 14 calendar days as of the sending of the withdrawal application. If the Products have not reached the Seller within the specified term, the repayment term shall be extended until the day when the Products have reached the Seller. Returnable The product must not be used, damaged, dirty or otherwise traced. The product must be complete (include the product packaging and all items included in the product packaging – manual, certificate, etc.).
6. Purchase process
6.1. The customer selects the desired Product in the e-shop and adds it to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to shopping cart” button.
6.2. To place an order, click on the “Continue to pay” button in the shopping cart, after which the Customer will be redirected to the ordering page. After entering the required data, the Customer pays for the Product via the Internet bank’s bank link and confirms the order by clicking the “Back to the merchant” button.
6.3. After paying for the Product, the E-shop will send an order confirmation to the Customer’s e-mail.
6.4. When placing an order, the customer undertakes to provide the necessary, true data for fulfilling the order.
6.5. The Seller is not responsible for the impossibility of execution due to incorrect data provided by the Customer during the execution of the order or for any consequences arising therefrom.
Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. You can pay for purchases made from the E-store via the bank links of Estonian banks (Swedbank, SEB Pank, LHV, Luminor, Coop,) and using VISA and MasterCard payment cards. Payment takes place outside the e-shop in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the e-store. The owner of the e-store is the chief processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
